Saturday, July 15, 2017 - Set up Begins at 7:00 a.m.
This is an outdoor event. It will be held rain or shine unless there is a weather related emergency, it is important all vendors understand that event registration fees are non refundable*
Standard Booth Spaces are designed to fit a 10’ x 10’ tented booth. Although pop up tents are not required they are suggested for the event. Any signage or display props must be securely attached to booth or stall so as not to interfere with or impede foot traffic. Because this is a rain or shine event - Please be prepared by bringing the necessary rain shelters or awnings. We will have indoor space for presentations and have large tents for the activity areas allowing the event to be a success if Mother Nature doesn't behave.
Electricity is not provided for this event. Exhibitors are required to bring their own table, chairs and any other equipment needed.
To achieve a balanced Sale, we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in each category. We do not offer exclusivity in any category.
Check-In Time begins at 7:00 a.m.. All vendors need to be set up by 9:30 a.m.
ALL SPACES ARE PRE-ASSIGNED to have balance at the event. Vendors are expected to bring their email confirmation for payment to help match vendors with booth assignments .
Vendors that have not checked in by 8:30 a.m., may have their space reassigned. (Assigned space may be given to someone else and will be reassigned on a first come, first served basis.)
Booth set-up is not permitted before 7:00 am on event day, and vendors must be ready for operation by 10:00am. Booths must be staffed during operating hours: 10:00am-6:00pm. Vendors are not allowed to disassemble booths before 6:00PM, unless permission is first obtained by the Event Manager. Operations of the event should not be disrupted, nor the safety and convenience of shoppers or vendors be jeopardized.
The Event Host reserves the right to remove, without refund or recourse, any exhibitor who misrepresents himself or his product. In addition, we reserves the right to reject the application of any vendor who is not deemed suitable for the outdoor market.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their space attractive during event hours and for cleaning up their space after the outdoor market closes, including removal of garbage and cleaning up any debris.
Vendors are responsible for collecting payments for goods sold at the event. It is at the vendor’s discretion what payment types to accept.
*Vendors can receive a 50% refund before June 15th.
